Delete your MarkSmart account

Delete from the app

1. Open MarkSmart and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Delete by email

If you can't use the app, email kmamit71ami@gmail.com from the email address of your MarkSmart account with the subject "Delete my MarkSmart account". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, profile photo, password hash) and shop profile.
• All your products, photos, posters, custom backgrounds and catalogue links.
• Your subscription records held by us.

Deletion is permanent and immediate. Server security logs may be kept for up to 90 days before being removed.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a MarkSmart Pro subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it first in the Play Store: Profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MarkSmart → Cancel.
